MARKET UPDATE - APRIL 2010
The market is doing more of the same. Prices are stable in some areas and reseting in other areas. I am seeing high end (800k plus) homes correcting in price and lower priced homes closer or already at the bottom. There are still over 2000 homes selling in San Diego county each month. Each area (Carmel Valley, Rancho Bernardo, ect) has it's own micro climate and I would be more than happy to explain and give you specific data. Call me!
